Queries Request River water vs. Rain water for upaya, Blood donation

Respected Sir,

 

Sadar charan sparsh!

 

For upayas some times you suggest to use rain water and sometimes to

use river water.. Can they be used as alternative for each other? I

further request you to clarify the reson if they cannot be used as an

alternative.

 

I regularly donate blood almost every year(once or twice)and I always

feel good about it...Sir, can it be also considered a kind of upaya as

I have not seen any upaya related with blood donation in lal kitab

remedies. I look forward for your clarifications.
