house allotment problem

I had purchased a flat which was ready for occupation in a society, but

for the last three years there are some ltiigations going on with

respect to many other socieities in delhi, my society is not there in

the litigation due to this government is not clearing the allotment of

flats, but recently some favourable judgement came from the High court,

but aftet that also there is no cl;ear cut indication when the flats

shall be alloted. can i do some remedies so that i can get the flat

alloted.
