troubles by superiors /professional problem

Respected Sir, I am working with social service organisation(NGO) after u suggested me job change almost 1 .5 yrs back. I was feeling comfortable with job change etc. but i am continuously feeling mental troubles / humiliation from my superior(a lady). even though i work very hard /transparent. I am basically very angry natured keeping my emotions under control since 1.5 yrs. so i request u to suggest suitable job field for my chart and
