Varshphal Upaya --Milu Kar--Clarification.

Dear Priyaji, I have two sons. Younger name Rajorshi I should provide his DOB Sept 21 1983. I believe he will be 24 birth years in this Sept 21. I may be wrong counting his years. Is 24 birth and 25 birth same Varshpal same upaya. 1 ) What is Kala namak?. May I purchase from Inidan store in USA . 3) The cemetery water---may I collect rain water from cemetry ground. Make sure while you are burning the kaudis , no one should cross between the water and the place where the kaudis are being burnt.
