Non-recognition by bosses

My details are:

 

DOB: 9th April 1966

Time: 01:40 am (night of 8th and 9th)

Place: Sri Ganga Nagar (Rajasthan) Also called Ganga Nagar

 

I am a very hard working person and my employers/bosses also accept

this fact. However, I have found consistently that particularly my

bosses never do justice to me. Whenever there is promotion / other

benefit due, the same does not come to me. This has been happening

consistently. I leave the organization in frustration because of

this. I have so far changed five jobs because of this reason. I am

fed up of changing jobs as it leads to lot of disturbance to self

and family.

 

Please suggest some upay so that my efforts are duly recognized and

rewarded by bosses.
