Manager creating troubles thru voodoo dolls

Namaskar Pt bhooshanPriya Ji,

 

My friend is facing serious troubles in office. His manager has a

tendency of blaming everything on my friend.Also if my friend gets

success in any venture or training or exam, manager behaves in a very

crabby way.

 

My friend said that his manager's wife is into voodoo and the likes

and he(manager) keeps a voodoo doll on his office table.He sits in a

particular way and nobody can touch that doll.Also manager's maanger

is totally under his influence as most liekly he has been 'tamed' by

the vodoo doll power.

 

Please advise what my friend should do to avoid all the attacks he is

facing and how he can protect his job .He is the sole bread earner in

the family and has 2 small kids.
