We all have enjoyed your balanced appraoch to Jyotish and practical application of it since the days the list was on majordomo. With list moving to , the traffice has increased and so has the nuisance. One can always use the ignore button. I have expressed my sentiments and hope you would have read it by now. Kindly understand that ,it is not an acceptable behaviour atleast for a good majority.This has been revealed from the numerous mails that you have recvd in support. In todays world where Hrishi Horas and divine astrology is depicted as new models and some pet theories as vdic astrology,contributions from experienced souls like you are a need of the hour.There are ofcourse some astrologers in this list,who are serious about astrology.It was great when Raoji was also present. We can very well ignore certain comments. I request everyone to understand that it is as per our culture to respect guests.If some one from a foreign country has taken so much pains to learn jyotish shastra ,it is a proud thing for we ourselves. Kindly refrain from teasing them.You can tease me or abuse me.Do we think this is also part of the spiritual heights that we are claiming. There have been only 3 things hapenning on this Forum in absence of people wanting to share. 1) Enforcing of ones views on others. 2) Differences of opinions 3) Judgement on people and their character. I wish that since I have been a part of the conversation which ensued between Mr.Finn, and the others, one should make a honest assessment, of how many times on numerous occasions, have i tried to change the course of a constantly rigid unending unconclusive threads,through opening of new threads, bringing in new topics, sending in questionnares on my own chart, at risk of being maligned by the over-zealous (Which in fact has been overbearingly come true)astrologers. Yet I find very less participation from most of the members, in trying to discuss, show their methods of predictions, except perhaps, members like Satyaji,Bharatji,Atmagnaniji, and a limited others (Sorry at the moment cant remember names). Where is the enjoyment of discussions ? Where is the learning ? Where is the technical part ? Where is the predictive portions ? Where are the examples with supported logical stuff for a person to emulate on further like charts ? Unfortunate;y all this and much more is missing . Theory looks good in books till Precollege level. Then one has to earn to make a living with his hands and legs. Same way we need small examples with predictive principles from members like Your goodself and Chandrasekharji, so the rest of us can learn from these. I am a student and on many occassions have attempted quizzes and tried analyzi and helping others,within my limitations.Thus pls don't fall into the trap of some vested interest groups,trying to accuse theory ..theory.You have to wait until the paper is written. Now most recently - Didn't you see the case of Gordon Brown,was it theory or prediction and explanation.You will see more charts in the paper. Now the topic under discussion is not about some techniques working for some one.It is about the basic definitions.Thus in this discussion you will see so many shlokas.That is the very method of debating fundamental definitions.Thus you have to be patient.Examples will follow.Except a few who are worried about own theories,there are lotsof silent members who are gaining.So pls dont carried away by 2 or 3 who are shouting.Students have started realizing things. Now forget all these. My request was to refrain from abuses and bad words.It is not only aganist you ,but in general.Hope you will take lead and make sure that others wont leave this forum.I hope you will take initiative to bring back the ones who have left. I hope atleast you will stop talking about shloka shloka etc,as the debate needs shloka.Example part will be provided.It takes time as one is not interested in scribbling something ,which has to be corrected again again with every question raised. I have not named Chandrasekharji as not having given any examples etc. and neither you, but was talking in general,and again I am not talking about the past with regards to you all. I am talking in general of the present activities in the Forum as witnessed in last few weeks. Just for your information. I have been brought up with shlokas, and have no aversion to them. I also try to understand any shloka (Meaning and Purport both) before I recite it,quote it or put in application. You are requesting me to call back those who have left the forum,which is implying that I should call sreenadh back, who abused my mother. Is this right on your part ? You should have been asking Raja to refrain from talking abusive and not me, but you are doing what the herd has done, so whats the speciality in You ? The other implication understood, is that all have left because of me. You are also asking me to speak to Mr.Finn. Neither is he my guest and neither I am his host,and have heard his name for the first time.he had no right to make wrong judgement like the the Share market herds, and follow the rumours without checking on their own, what is right or wrong. he dorected his preaching on my post which should not have been the wise step rather he should have checked out what led to this. I have no feelings good or bad for him, since i do mnot know him. I replied him in a proper courteous language and matter is closed for me. I do not wish to be a role model for preachers. Am proud to be defending abuse on my parents, and proud to be sharing my astrology. I do not wish any papers from you any more after these accusation by you too on me. It was not at all an accusation.Noice cannot occur,with one hand.Thus it was a suggestion. I cannot force you to accept anything from me -my paper etc.I am a student of Jyotish and will try to do justice to this divine science as long as i am into it.You are free to have your view and i am free to point out the discrepencies w.r to Paramana and Tarka. As they say,let the result come on its own and let us concentrate on Karma.
