Guest guest
Some additional points: Tapasvi yoga is in the 8th house and has the association of AK Mercury. Venus in 8th house helps in spiritual pursuits as the karaka for the 7th house is in its maraka sthana. This placement of Venus is often present in the charts of sadhus. Ketu in its own sign again in the 8th house indicates insight into occult knowledge. He would be very good is astrology, if he attempts to study the subject. The 5th lord in 9th is perfect for worship as bhakti combines dharma. The yoga for 4th and 5th lords shows devotion towards Vishnu or Vishnu worship. However, the placement of AK in the 8th house is not good... AK Mercury in own star Jyeshta and involved in powerful Tapaswi Yoga with amatyakaraka Venus (conjunct in rasi and navamsa), exalted Ketu (who occupies his own navamsa) and aspected by powerful Saturn from Aquarius in the 11th house. AK is also in parivartana with lagnadipathi and in Parijata yoga caused by their navamsa lord Saturn. 2)Sun Moon Raja yoga in 9th aspected by 9th lord Jupiter and lagna lord Mars; weak moon aspected by lagna lord gives an ascetic yoga and in combination with raja yoga makes native an emperor-ascetic as per Phaladeepika 3)Parivartana between AK mercury and lagnadipathi Mars. 4)Parijata yoga caused by powerful Saturn in 11th in Aquarius, who occupies his own Rasi, Drekkana, Trimsamsa etc. Saturn also happens to be navamsa dispositor of AK mercury and Lagna lord Mars. Also, Karakamsa is Aquarius with Saturn there. 5) 9th lord Jupiter in Lagna aspected by lagna lord Mars. Also, an extremely powerful Mahabhagya yoga is present as lord of 9th is in lagna which is an odd sign in a day birth for male along with Sun and moon in odd signs in raja yoga combination in 9th house aspected by 9th lord and lagna lord. 6) In Bhava chart, lagna lord is in 5th; 5th lord in 9th and 9th lord in lagna. 7) Exalted rahu occupies own navamsa virgo and is aspected both by rasi lord Venus and navamsa lord mercury who happen to be amatyakaraka and AK respectively. The native is exceptionally articulate and speaks with great power, beauty and authority. Exceptional spiritual insight with spontaneous flow in articulation in speech and writing seems to occur as spontaneously as breathing although the individual makes no conscious effort in this direction and gives no special attention to this gift. Guest guest
om gurave namah Dear Sarbani Tapaswi yoga works if it has something to do with svamsa. I do not believe that yogas in dusthana can give results to make one a tapaswi. As such the yoga comes from Tapah loka due to Saturn and if this cannot influence the dhi and the pranas how can it cause a person to think a like a tapaswi and if he does not think lke a tapaswi how can he become one... Guest guest
om gurave namah Dear Sudha Lagna is makara with the lagnesha Saturn in the third house indicating good intelligence and ability to face the challenges of this world. The conjunction of Ketu is not good as Ketu is headless and this can damage the rational thinking of the mind making it very irrational at times, especially when the Moon is in the 8th from the chandramsa rasi (Mesha - 8th sign is Vrischika). Tapaswi yoga in the rasi chart wil indicate the posession of elephants (big cars I guess) and various paraphernalia if they are associated with the 2nd and fourth houses while its effect on the ninth house shows some very challenging conditions related to spirituality and religious thought. It affects the native at the time of higher education. The Upapada is in Virgo with the debilitated Venus involved in a shakti yoga showing that he may have to face some very challenging situations at the time of his college studies and that his relationships can be very badly afflicted due to the shakta yoga (Rahu+Moon) working adversely on Venus. Such a Venus with the affliction of the nodes and Saturn shows that he will seriously question faith in god and will suffer internally due to relationship. It also indcates that his father (i.e. childs father) used to worship Lakshmi or some feminine deity related to shakti and that he suffers mentally due to having obstructed/given up that upasana. The father should resume the shakti sadhana and then alone shall he have good results. [Note the principle that the planets conjoining the ninth lord from the Moon show the Upasana of father - Chandrakala Nadi principle].Please note the significant fact that the 5th lord is debilitated and afflicted by the shakta yoga and there is a charakaraka replacement of the Putrakaraka Mars by the Gnatikaraka Moon. Thus between the ages of 22 to 28 he will undergo a deep change in his thinking about children and relatives and will change his society. Mercury the natural gnatikaraka shall dominate and his spirituality shall shine as the 9th lord's conjunction with the Sun is a blessing coming from the father's lineage. Now having found some adverse yogas related to the house of children, may I request you to study the following and write back - 1. Arudha pada of 3rd & 9th house from Lagna and Sun 2. Bija sphuta of the chart and its procreative strength 3. Importance and need for Kamalatmika (Shri) sadhana. Parivartana yoga involving the houses 9 & 10 show that the child will become very spiritual due to the grace of the Sun+Mercury and will do a number of dharmic activities. More later, but note that the tapaswi yoga is not very strong in the navamsa and Ketu in te 2nd house from navamsa lagna shows that after some time he will comepletely try to control his senses. Ketu can cause stammering/speech defects when its affects begin but Guru in the 2nd from navamsa lagna is good for speech. Note the Mercury and Venus parivartana in the navamsa as well. What does this mean? Is Mercury giving the nicabhanga of Venus? If so what needs to be done by the father till the child is 26 years or till the marriage (Venus) occurs? I was reading your mail on the chart on Tapaswi Yoga. I am giving my son's chart details here. He has Tapaswi Yoga, with a Venus (5th L in 9th) and Sat (Lagna Lord) in 3rd (Pisces). Here the lagna lord and the 9th are involved, does this make it a proper Tapaswi yoga? Venus is debilitated, with Neecha Bhanga, how does this affect the Yoga? He also has Dharmakarmadhipati Yoga by exchange of 9L and 10L in both Rasi and Navamsa. He is 8 years old now and one could see at the age of 1 that he was different.
