Regarding question I got some confusions, please clear them: i) How seventh has aspect of saturn ? ii) Saturn debilitated ? iii) How is venus weak ? i think you got the chart wrong. Anyway according to the Lal Kitab system the chart is as follows (taking Aries as the ascendant) : Ketu & Moon in 2nd house Sun in 6th house Me & Venus® in 7th house Ra in 8th house Ju, Mars & Saturn in 9th house I hope it will give you a better picture.here lies a little confusion as whether ke is in 2nd/3rd and ra in 8th/9th.Try to have look from both the angle. Added info is this person is currently running 25th yr.and 24th & 25th yr were most significant in terms of career, especially 25th.This person suffers from absentmindedness.
