Dear Learned members,

 

I am a engineer by profession and at present, I am working as a scientific

Officer in the Min. of Defence and posted at Dehradun.

 

 

 

I am basically from Rourkela, Orissa.

 

I have certain persistence problem ,which needs your kind attention and

sincere advice.I came to know about your site few days back and with lots of

hope, I write this letter with a request to show me the path for my future

I have a deep desire for higher education to expand scope of my knowledge for
