Dear Shri. Srivastavaji,

 

I offer my clarifications to the extant of my understandings:-

 

 

1. Why count upto Phalgun Sukla Pratipat Nakshatra.

$ Phalgun Sukla Pratipat is considered as the 1st day of “Chandramana”

varusha.

 

2. This dasa sequence and number of days totals to 357.Any reason.It is

different than taught by Uttarkalmrita.

$ Please alter to read as 31 days for Mars instead of 28 days as suggested

earlier-the typographical error is regretted.

 

 

In “Jyothish graha cinthaamani” it was stated differently from that of

“Uthrakaalamirdham”.The later suggests to follow ‘chauramaana’varsha of 365 days

but the former suggests to follow “chauvaana” varusha of 360days.If you compare

and contrast “Jyothish graham cinthaamani with that of “Uttrakaalamritta” you

would find a lot of procedural differences.

 

 

 

How casting time is reckoned in Varsha kundali.Is it static for all

natives.

Based on some sankranti?

$ Yes, it is static for all natives. Based on the nakshtra of sukla pratipat

to that of a native's Janma nakshtra.

 

 

3. Any reference to scripture or parampara?

$ Kindly refer my clarifications to item 2 above.

 

 

 

Sorry I could not understand why in given example Mars is benefic and

why Guru turned Malefic.

$ I think the Author is that of the opinion that if once functional benefic is

identified to an individual it is suffice and holds good for all other purposes.
