Venus who is the dispositor of Moon will be of help, so Mahavidya worship( which requires strict discipline) of Kamalatmika will help in breaking this. You need to get in touch with a priest familiar with this form of worship. Gemstone will not work here. As I understand we should have preferred Tara worship over Venus remedy. Jupiter is well placed in the 10th house and that should be preferred over Venus. Moon here is the dispositor of Venus. Jupiter is well placed but conjunct with Mars, if I remember correctly.
