[vedic astrology] unable to move for higher studies

Hi Pandits,

I am trying desparately for doing PHd in management, but always

getting obstacles , so i could not even apply for it. In fact my

education from graduation (i.e., from 1989) onwards is prolonged

unnecessarily for some or the other reasons .

Can you please suggest if i can ever be able to do phd or not? I dont

mind to hear a negative answer also
