Debilited Jupiter as Navamsa Ruler: Terrible Fear?

Also, Jupiter is Retrograde. Does this imply negative results or

positive ones? I have heard that retrograde debilitated planets act as

exalted ones, but am not sure if A) it is credible, or B) that it

works in Navamsa as well.
