Jupiter aspects from 5 houses away, in the 11th House Aries (another

brave sign). However, Jupiter is retrograde - would that have impact

here?

I see, to judge the ability to achieve religious achievements one

should factor in the condition of the Lord of Houses 8 and 9?

In this case, Saturn is in the 2nd - the house of a friendly Moon. It

Indeed, but we still have to put the pieces together one lego block at

a time, so it's always helpful to learn about a certain narrow scope

of factors, especially with reminders that the narrow scope of

discussion should not be taken as the all-in-all.

With sincere thanks,
