I have a friends chart who has his marriage lord (Saturn) linked with mars (that is also a yogakaraka being 5th lord) in both lagna and navamsha chart. In such a case is it good that the marriage lord is with mars ? Does the fact that it is a yogakarka planet override the fact that it is a natural malefic planet also? I have seen a few charts where the marriage lord is with malefics or 8th lord planets or being strongly aspected by mars and causes the husband or wife to die. What are your views?
