The favourable houses for malefics are 3, 6, 11. If Sun is placed in 3rd, he is in his own house and aspects the 9th house of religion and allied activities. If he is in 6th he would aspect the house of solitude. From the 11th he would influence the 5th. I find Sun in 3rd is the best. This is purely my personal opinion. Where Mars is placed? This is my observation. For example, If the 5th house is under the influence of any retro planet, the conception may take place slightly late. Secondly, the results are somewhat erratic.
