Mars-venus exchange in both rashi & navamsa

I have a doubt regarding venus and mars exchange in both rashi and navamsa

chart. While reading on internet, I have found this

Selected parivartana yogas from Hora Sara:

· Should there be exchange of Navamshas between Mars and Venus, the female

will be secretly addicted to other men. If she has Moon in 7th House

simultaneously, her husband also will be so.

I was reading one of my frd's horoscope and interestingly I found mars and

venus exchange in both rashi and navamsa chart and she also as deliberated moon

in seventh house. Please have a look at her chart.

 

17 may 1984

Time: 7:00 am

Place: bareilly, U.P

Female native

what would be the effect of this exchange in her life. does this signify extra

marital affair?. Apparently, her Venus/mars dasha (may, june 2002 ) was very

good for her which gave her selection in top engineering college in India.
