I have told my wife that when she goes for her afternoon nap,she must keep some Channal like Sanskaar,Aastha or Jagraan,ON, so that she would listen to the glories of God while going to sleep. Now whether she does so or not, i do not know. In these days, though the Life pace has speeded up very much, yet the resources for one, to indulge in, also have opened up, with many options to choose from. This was not available to our olden generations.
