Simply put it, I am a chemical engineer who graduated in Canada and presently working in a small firm. But my career is not along the right track and have faced major downs in my career, training and satisfaction. As an example Im a chemical engineer working in the electrical department and getting no proper training in the field so basically Im learning nothing. To add to that, when I try applying elsewhere I do not get many job offers or interview calls. I recently did an interview but have heard nothing. Secondly my finances are in a terrible situation, student loan and debt just presses on me like anything I suppose I need not say more. My only concern is if I can hold a responsible powerful position at work (this is going to happen only when Im satified and learn something). Can I be finanically stable and not have to worry about debt and be rich in the future. It would be much appreciated your effort if someone can provide me with a short simple concise logical analysis (good or bad) so I can understand where destiney is headed per se.
