Mr. Ravi,

 

I do not believe that exaltation and debilitation have anything to do

with distance from the earth (in other words with apogee and perigee!).

Furthermore, in the case of inferior planets, regardless of whther they

are direct or retrograde, they will be equidistant from the Sun.
