My husband has incurred losses in property , due to investing money in a fraud company selling plots. Whether in future losses can happen again , someone suggested that buying a house/flat would be better than buying a land & invest away from place of birth, Can you please give yr opinion. Above thing happened in period 1987 / 1988 2. Also he faced losses / problems due to legal things ( court case ) which happened due to above when fraud land deal matter went to court. No money could be recovered & he faced hardships by going to court etc. Can you pl. suggest some " mantra " for protection from such things in future .
