New Member asking for advice/help from all

I would like to have help with my health (I have hypothyroidism,

my thyroid gland doesn't work-

excess weight, tired, dry skin because of that), back problems,

blood sugar problems.

Also, with prosperity, really struggle to hold on to what money

I get.

Also, anything I can do to increase my spiritual gifts, my

psychic gifting.
