WHEN DOES RAJAYOGA MANIFEST?

some of my analysis of my chart was a strong rajyoga

in the 9 house between sun,mer,ven.

I am running me-ve-ve.the perplexing thing is

when will the yoga show or manifest its results.

I hope somebody has a technically verifiable

Dear Sidharth Arora,

 

Rajayogas do happen but one has to take into consideration the

circumstances of those rajayogas.

 

I have cast your chart and you are indeed running the Mercury/Venus

period. According to the Vedic house (bhava=sign) system (and I think

this is still a Parashara discussion group), Mercury is in a good

house but weak by degree. Venus is in its own sign but weak because it

is combust by the Sun. These factors make it hard for the rajayoga to

fructify.

 

However the Sun does benefit from its conjunction with Venus, and the

Sun is supposed to be neutral for a Virgo lagna, not malefic, although

it rules the 12th house, so I would look into the Sun's significations

for the nature of those good results, which are likely to manifest

themselves during the Mercury/Venus/Sun period starting in April 2008.

Also take into account that Mercury is in the Sun's nakshatra, so this

Mercury/Venus/Sun period should be the one to look for when expecting

good results. Again look into the significations of the Sun for these

results - these can be checked on Wendy's site:

look at 1st (the Self), 9th (the father), 10th (honour) and 12th

 

Another factor to consider are the transits. For example, right now

Venus is transiting your ascendant but it is at its weakest there

because it is debilitated so again Venus will find it hard to be that

beneficial to you. And Mercury has just transited your natal Rahu -

this happened in Libra, sign of Venus, so if you equate all these

factors you should be able to work out why things aren't as good as

one would expect from a rajayoga.
