Dear Ali,

You can start any day any time but in sun-light means before sun-set.

I suggest 344( 43x8) Lead- Coins.

You take one packet of 43 Lead Coins and open it then thrown all Lead

coins in running water or Sea, it repeats 8 times continousely.
