Guest guest
Dear Mrs.Wendy, After reading your article on Atman I am inspired to post the following article which I wrote recently. Kindly putforthe your comments on what I have written. Why Miracles Are Rare? " Miracle: an event inexplicable by laws of nature " . The several thousands of idols in the Hindu Shrines explain how complex and intense the very nature of Brahman is. What does it say about God? God resides in everyone and that he and Brahman are one and the same (the concept of ADVAIDA). In other words, to understand God, one should know Brahman and to understand Brahman one should know God. Ultimately, how close we are to answer the toughest question of all who am I? Am I god? Yes, I can be, if I know Brahman: The super entity that guides us in every tiny step we take each day. But Alas!! That I am not nor is any one I know. People could move from one shrine to another looking for miracles to happen. But the very soul of the matter lies within us. Life is a vicious cycle which transforms an individual's mind in umpteen ways. Realization of one's own potential and rectifying the mistakes that we committed on the way is that which helps us in the long run. Good karma begets good results. To conclude, miracles are possible in today's world only with self transformation or with the knowledge of self. Thank You. Manasa
