Before my ex I was outgoing and not afraid to do anything . Now I'm even afraid to go to the doctor when I'm sick or go to a friends house to visit . I have gained alot of weight , and have been working really hard for the last few weeks to lose the weight . I long to be all I used to be , but I don't know where to begin .
