Learned Gurus- please help me understand this

Respected astrologers,

 

Can u please help me analyze this chart. This is my husband. He is

never happy with what he does. He resigned his well paying job in

Nov2002 during end of Mercury/mercury and moved to US. He did nothing

during Mercury/Ketu. He studied MBA and finished during Mercury/Venus.

He is basically a chemical engineer and has lot of experience in

Chemical industry.

 

He is now in Mercury/Sun. He is joined a Software group for training

but still has not started earning. He is desparately trying for a

placement. In his chart Lords of 9th(mercury) and 10th(venus) are

conjunct in 8th along with Sun the 8th house lord. I assume the 8th

position and Ketu in 10th house has given the career break. Can the

learned people please throw some light. Will the condition change.

Will he ge a job in chemical industry rather than computers
