Guest guest
Dear Shaji and Sanjay: As a moderator it's my duty to ensure that the constitution of this Jyotish Vidya group remains true to it's founded intentions. The purpose of this group is not to provide free (or paid) astrological advice directly to individual laymen. Rather it is a place for astrologers to discuss their art and science amongst themselves, to advance their skills. Sometimes horoscopes are offered for case studies. If you, or any member wishes to put forth a horoscope for a case study you are very welcome, but the horoscope must be accompianied by your own analysis as an astrologer, and the feedback on the horoscope will not be directed to the native, but towards the astrologer who put it forth as a case study. If a person requires direct astrological advice, they are encouraged to do so privately, not on this board. Thank you for understanding and complying. ~ Vic DiCara / Vraja Kishor www.vedicastrologer.net

Guest guest
Dear Sir/Moderator , [1] I respect ur views & concerns.I am never interested in taking any form of compensation from my consultors.I have been doing this from around 30yrs.Even when I started my initiations in this holy subject somewhere in 1977, my aim was to help people in pain without putting slightest tax on them.Nowadays I am seing a plethora of astrologers advertised on different websites who take handsome ammounts to entertain these people. [2] I have seen people in real real trouble not having enough moneyto give to astrologers to get a opinion to redress their pain.Who will attend them remains a question.I am a member of other groups also & rarely see people replying to people actuallly suffering , and subsequently there questions remain unattended. That is the reason I have joined so many groups so that such people in agony may get some attendance. [3] What is the point in educating so mnay member astrologers if they cannot do a iota of charity to the needful.By giving replies we encourage the holiness of the group also. [4] I have seen many astrologers in this group itself answering to queries to umpteenth number of people everyday slating various conditions to answer the queries and often snubbing the querist's not caring for their already injured & fragile state of mind because of there problems it self and in place of getting any remedy they receive a scolding. [5] I will utter a saying in Hindi " BADA HUA TU KYA HUA JAISE PER KHAJOOR PANCHI TAK KO CHAYA NAHIN PHAL LAGE ATI DUR " . The distinction between Parashara and Jaimini systems is not always clear as often the two very different techniques of prediction are ill-defined...resulting in many contradictions. Guest guest
Dear Moderator, [1] Your statements look self-contradictory & paradoxical. You hit both hot & cold simultaneously. [2] You say that One should not reply to queries to individual people , are these people not members or do the replies donot give astrological clues to the starters in the subject. Then what is Bhaskarji doing in ur group? Is he not doing the same everyday.Have you sent similiar messages to him? Or you promote some of ur group people only. [3] I am reading many mails in ur group from past one month, and it is very clear that you are a group of 10 to 15 people who keep on promoting one another in different names , if it is not the case then then why different set of rules for different people. [4] Well what I have to do I will decide by myself whether to run a website or not remains my sweet will, but the practises you promote as a moderartor in this group donot look fair enough.I had heard a lot about these practises prevalent in this group and now they stand proved in my eyes. And for ur information I have been already doing all this on websites & many places free of cost. You must have seen many novice astrologers and the so many ornate words you use for astrologers illadvising people are you very sure that you are also not surrounded by many such people in ur group itself.Who will decide. [5] You are right in advising me to to quit as per my core heart feeling since I feel my presence needless & immaterial in the group. Goodbye & Goodluck to you & ur elite Group. Guest guest
Dear Vic, Mr. Sanjay Misra was quickly removed and banned from the group due to the deliberate rudeness expressed in his last post. It's pointless to go on reasoning with someone who is being deliberately unreasonable. It's clearly stated on JV homepage that disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and offenders will be banned from the group without notice. This rule will be enforced when necessary in order to maintain harmony within the group.
