learning in hard time

what i learnt in my hard time 'I' am not the standard by which the

whole universe is to be judged;

 

Each man or woman is to be judged by his or her own idea, each custom

of each country or people by their own reasoning and conditions and

not from just our 'own' perspectives.

 

Then applying principles of a humane approach, even while factoring

your own imperatives, yet at the end respecting the dignity of

others - this is the secret of true personal leadership

 

When you respect the others dignity it builds your credibility and

his trust in you and results in firm and lasting relationships.

 

When you respect the dignity of others your destiny then awaits

you.

 

I may be wrong some where but i found it very near to the truth.
