Guest guest
Dear Ravindramaniji, I am so glad to meet a devotee of Sri Ramana Bhagavan in the group. Ever since a profound spiritual experience last year,I always wish to go to his ashram and also wishes to pray at Arunachala shiva temple. If you have been there, could you tell me where to stay once I get there? Would I be able to get an accomodation at the ashram? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, Manasa.
Guest guest
Dear Manasaji, Certainly, a visit to the Ramanashram enhances any individual's perception of Peace. I had been there in Tiruvannamalai a number of times. There are number of boarding and lodging houses (privtely owned) located in Tiruvannamali. There is no problems for lodging and boarding. Ramanasharam too provides with accommodation to devotees. Limited accommodation is available for visiting devotees. You need to write to the Ashram and get your accommodation reserved in advance before going there. They dont charge any fee towards accommodation and food being provided the devotees who stay there. I never stayed in the Ashram premises so far since my brother-in-law was working in Thiruvannamalai and I always reside with him whenever I went to Thiruvannamalai. He has been transferred to Chennai recently. Kindly visit the home page of Ashram: http://www.sriramanamaharshi.org/ So far as my knowledge goes there may not be any problem for accommodation in Thiruvannamalai. Have a darshan of Ashram and expereince the Peace. Regards, C.S.
