Guest guest
Dear Members, Even though Narinder chose to pay it no heed at the time, I do think it's important to emphasise the points I made in earlier post regarding the loss of fingers (for Narinder). For those genuine students wishing to better their understanding of jyotish, the relationship between the bhavas (which can be assessed in several ways), needs to be understood. Because the following are commonly applied i.e. 12th from 9th (8th), 2nd from 7th (8th), 12th from 7th (6th) etc, the relationship between these bhavas are readily accepted. Yet there seems to be some hesitation when these same principles are applied to other bhavas? I had pointed out earlier that on the day of accident (loss of fingers) Narinder was running the main dasas of SA-SA-MO (ignoring sookshmantar for now). Dasa lord Saturn in 12th house of loss was influenced by the transit of 2nd lord Venus through nakshatra of 3rd lord Mercury, (2nd being 12th from 3rd (fingers). Pratyantar lord Moon, owning 4th (2nd marakasthana for 3rd) was in fact transiting 3rd house itself in nakshatra of Mars...Lagna lord Mars, significator for accidents, himself owns 8th house of accidents and, conjunct Saturn's dispositor (Jupiter), occupies Cancer (2nd from 3rd). I really did not want these points to be lost and I do hope members will take some time to test these principles out on charts they're familiar with. PS: Parashara refers often to this when referring to the effects of dasa lords (for instance). Statements such as antar/pratyantar lord in unfavourable position FROM LORD OF DASA etc, etc.. We would be remiss to ignore the importance of this. Best Wishes, Mrs. Wendy http://JyotishVidya.com ___
Guest guest
Dear Mrs. Wendy, I did not miss those points. I took note of it. What I feel is, this is the benefit one gets, when an event is being analysed after it took place, how a particular event is being seen by other person. This could help one to employ such techniques in future. Regards, C.S. Guest guest
Thank you dear Ravindramani, To be perfectly honest I myself don't always take as much note of these principles (as I should). Of course when tracking such significant events (as with Narinder's accident) we do need to look very deeply at the influences at that time.
