Guest guest
Wendy ji, As you wrote to Ravindramani ji, ///But, as you say, old habits die hard and the pull to share this precious knowledge with (equally precious) friends is undiminished./// May this continue for a long, long time! :-) BTW, I donated blood today--for the first time in my life! I actually did what is called " plateletpheresis " (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plateletpheresis) and no doubt it happened because I'm running PD of Kuja. BTW, Wendy ji, is plateletpheresis really blood donation (that is, can it be associated with Chandra [blood] and Kuja [wounds]?) I mean, your blood gets pumped back into your body after the platlets are taken out of your body, so you are not really donating blood, right? ~~~~~~~~~ Balaji Narasimhan Author & Editor http://www.balaji.ind.in/ ~~~~~~~~~
Guest guest
Dear Balaji, It's also good to hear from you again :-) ///BTW, Wendy ji, is plateletpheresis really blood donation (that is, can it be associated with Chandra [blood] and Kuja [wounds]?) I mean, your blood gets pumped back into your body after the platlets are taken out of your body, so you are not really donating blood, right?/// I would think that both Moon and Mars would play a part. The fact that only the platlets are removed doesn't alter the fact that those platlets need to be replaced. If I'm not mistaken it can take several days, if not weeks, for the blood to completely reconstitute...I could be wrong here, but I think this is so...I stand corrected if in error :-) I've just had a peek at your chart and note Mars P/D is running with Mars transiting 12th. Depending on the time, Moon was either transiting Aries (12th from Tr.Mars) or was conjunct Mars in 12th. If time permits it would be interesting to look at the exact positions of MA/MO. PS: I too have had a rather interesting couple of days. Have had the microsoft technicians working on my computer (remote access to my desktop)...around 2 hrs yesterday and about 3 hours today (if not more). I'm so impressed by how helpful they've been...and efficient, without doubt! Whilst I was watching the technician do his thing (on the computer) today, I sent up a quick prayer that I wasn't going to be charged for this...would have cost me a fortune! But no, it was a free service...thank God! Naturally I'm full of praises for Microsoft :-) Best Wishes, Mrs. Wendy http://JyotishVidya.com ___ - " Balaji Narasimhan " <sherlockbalaji <jyotish-vidya > Thursday, August 13, 2009 8:08 PM Donated blood today!
