I haven't done a study of any particular cases, however it stands to reason that the horoscope would reflect a negative relationship between Mercury (skin) and Sun. In your chart Mercury is 29% combust 11th lord Sun. As we know, 11th lord signifies difficulties and diseases... Michael Jackson also has Mercury 9% combust Sun (in sign of Leo) whilst both occupy nakshatra of Ketu who occupies 11th house. I recall reading somewhere(?) that if this affliction is associated with lagna or chandra lagna the condition affects the whole body...rather than just certain (patchy) areas. Here, for you, lagnesh Mercury combust 27%, occupies 11th house (along with 12th lord Sun). The aspect of F/M Saturn and Jupiter (both of which occupy nakshatra of Sun) increase the affliction, no doubt. He also quoted a reference from Prashna Marga stating Venus as the related planet. I contested that and mentioned that Mercury should be looked at first. Then, I started collecting more data points to study the same.
