Dear Mrs Wendy,Ravindramani and others,

Certainly the student of Astrology will owe a lot if assessed interms pecuinary value of the knowlege,effort that goes in making a paltform and more so the money being spent without seeking any return by Mrs Wendy matters.No doubt if it is for the kind,probably some kind of compensation but not to the extent of the feeling the great science when provided by the seers benovelently,to exchnage on cost bais it becomes an exploitation too.

Blessings of Shri Ramana Maharishi ji are needed for all of us to have continued opportunity . Atleast the strain involved (in the upkeep) can be reduced by way of our moral support to Madam . unhesitatingly any other support too what as moderator seeks can be extended .

Dear Krishnan and All,

 

Actually I felt a little uneasy when I reread my last post as the last

thing I want to do is point a judgmental finger at those astrologers

who's occupation it is to counsel others...we all have our own karma to

fulfil, do we not :-)

 

My own karma is such that I would be extremely uncomfortable accepting

money in the name of jyotish. I'm not against earning money from a

worldly standpoint; but, to me, jyotish (the essence) is absolutely

unworldly... Unlike the things of the world which ultimately perish, the

eternal cosmic laws (the basis of jyotish) exist unchanged from age to

age, generation to generation...infinite and imperishable!

 

As long-standing members know, I have great love and respect for all

bonafide religions, and have been fortunate enough to have been blessed

by the grace of several Gurus. However, the greatest blessing of all has

been the divine light of jyotish... I could no more dim that light

(through commercial exploitation) than I could fly to the Moon.
