scientific approach. He has been in Jyotish since last 32 years.

Following is his horoscope. You will notice, Kemdruma along with

presence of a superb Dhana Yoga as well as Balarishta formed by Moon.

 

He is millionaire ... born in a rich Brahmin family, Father was a MBBS

doctor and Grand Father was a Shastri. 11'th placed Saturn and

11'th lord (Merc) placement in 2nd is a time tested yoga for

prosperity.

 

Story of his astrology learning goes like Sri K.N. Rao's story, After

initial learning at home he got Jyotish education from 2 - 3 Yogis,

seems like yoga, bhakti, mantra, tantra etc, in india there has been

some Jytotish tradition of saints too. Although, he did Jyotish Ratna

from BHU, he got 2 Jyotish Initiation from Swami Narsimha mahraaj and

Hanuman Mahraaj.

 

 

 

 

 

Knowing my birth nakschhatra - " Anuradha " , he could describe my nature

accurately and the significant thing that he told was " Sometimes, You do

feel unusual sensation in nervous system, I could understand his depth

of knowledge by his saying this as though i have half a dozen books on

Nakschhatras, none of the books has this sort of information, He does

Jyotisha free of cost, doesn't charge any thing but Rahu in 4'th

gave him desires for connecting to renowned, riches and elites because

but rest of the chart enabled him to service for the poor and needy

also, he is very simple.

 

I was thinking, the person must have some spiritual background, he can

not only be in Jyotisha in mechanical manner, and he was not. I decided

to spend more time with him in my next visit, he pleased so much with my

visit that he gave me his horoscope as well as shown me lot's of hand

written manuscript of great secret tantras like Brahmastra Vidya, I was

amazed at seeing such things, that were kept safely for centuries in

possession of his family, A great treasure, It means things are

available but not approachable, they are concealed..

 

 

 

His Kemdruma also worked, He has been very good in studies, later, he

did MA in both history and politics and further a doctorate (PHD), he

was an engineering student, studied upto 3rd semester of engineering but

left study and suddenly in 1970 headed for Himalaya in search of God.

You can see, this is a classic case of KemDruma, Currently, He is a

public relation officer in Post Office Department but, in 1971,

Kemadruma again worked in his life when he got selected in state level

PCS services but soon after Govt cancelled that department and in

frustration he left PCS.

 

Well, in 1971, A saint belonging to kashi redirected him to home, saying

" You have to lead a family life and serve the people by Jyotisha " , he

accepted the message and same year, some family members located him and

brought him to home town back.

 

Astrological query is why he was redirected to home ? Look at Rahu, Rahu

is positioned in 4'th house, people with Rahu in 1st, 2nd,4'th,

7'th, 10'th and 12'th cant do renunciation in true terms,

Rahu shows bindings, accumulation of karma over a series of lives which

gives bhoga asakti or worldly desires, In this chart both the things are

available.

 

Jup in 5'th in Pisces has made him true seeker as This Jup aspects

on 9'th and Lagna, Venus is placed in Lagna, Guru's aspect in

Venus on lagna put him into learning of vedic literature, Jyotish is

vedanga, mind it, Rahu doesn't take one to Jyotish in any manner, If

you find rahu in kendras in any astrologer's chart, you should

understand high degree of manipulative capability (Maya) is available in

his personality, he has to cross over it, this depends on the remaining

configuration of the chart, like this chart has got.

 

In 1976, he reached bhava unmesh avastha while worshipping maa sharada,

but Rahu in 4'th stopped further enlightenment and he kept busying

in family life, though spiritual sparkling keep working in his life and

he is continued with his service to society with the help of Jyotish and

sometimes with tantras and that free of cost.

 

He is rich in experience and his practise is so fine tuned that

sometimes he doesnt spend time on chart, just by a glance, he exclaims

something and that becomes immediate event, look at Sun and Merc are

placed in 2nd house in Dhanu and Jup the lord of 2nd house is placed in

5'th house of study and poorva punya, bestowing him quality of intution

Dear Litsol,

 

Jyotish is said to be the eye of the Veda (the light that, not only illuminates

the path, but opens us up to the realization of our true nature). In this light

we might expect to find MokshaKaraka Ketu, significator of hidden (or secret)

knowledge, connected with the 9th house of the Vedas...hidden knowledge implies

knowledge that's (generally) hidden from the public.

 

In this chart, Ketu's dispositor (Sun) is conjunct 9th lord's dispositor

(Mercury)...both are in mutual aspect with 9th lord Moon.

 

As you're making the comparison with K.N. Rao you're probably aware that there

is also a connection between Ketu and 9th house in his chart. Note, Ketu

conjunct 9th lord Mercury.

 

Many who are drawn towards Jyotish have this connection...my own chart shows

Mercury (dispositor of Ketu's dispositor) in 9th.

 

The ability to advise (counsel) others with confidence is seen from 4th/5th

bhavas. In K.N. Rao's chart 4th/5th lord Saturn is disposited by Jupiter who

gets exalted in 10th house. In Pt. Kalindi Daman's chart 4th/5th lords

(well-placed) are in mutual aspect.

To be frank with you I know Shri KNR for many years and evn visted us and I must

have visited at his residence several time.

I have seen speaking on topics of jyotish and even with me and his other

follower.he also takes classes in Jyotish on and off.

Sevral books and articles along with his apperence on and off local

media.Excepting for his personal way of jyotish attributes,his authenticity and

advocacy in jyotish is not felt as felt and conceived.It is true that he is

dwelling on the subject and several people communicate with him in this

regard.Jupiter exalaltion and saturn's 4th,can not b denied.what one could see

and observe,he preferred to remain alone.Brother a bank officer ofcourse assists

him.Not very good in health.

Influence of Ketu no doubt is to live in his own world in which he has all

around some time devoted for prayers and congregations in the praise of

God..jyotish for him the one and only concern.Probably devotion.

About Pandit Kalindi Daman,I heard him in the circle but not having any

knowledge either through litterature ot otherwise.having been in the association

of academic world,there are other illustrous personalities whose proficiency

seen through their discusiions in open form and litterary. contribution

Dear Krishnan,

 

If my memory serves me, K.N. Rao was a member of Goravani's Gjlist when I first

joined...some years ago now. He wasn't there that long due, I think, to some

conflict with other members, so I really didn't get a chance to know him well

through his mails. I have read some of his articles but never any of his

books...just didn't get around to it for one reason or the other.

 

Some older members here will remember me speak of Pt. Navaratnam also. I've just

checked his chart and not surprised to find that he too has Ketu's dispositor

conjunct 9th lord. This conjunction, along with 10th lord Sun, occurs in 4th

house (aspecting 10th). He was extremely confident when he gave a

reading...never hesitating! He was a practicing (professional) astrologer for

around 60 years.

 

He offered to be my mentor but, after only a couple of lessons, fate stepped in

and I found myself on the very first " Maharishi Jyotish " course...shortly after

that I moved interstate. Looking back now I believe it was a blessing really as

he was a KP astrologer and that just wasn't the path I was meant to

take...everything is predestined, is it not?

 

As Parasara says:

" The development and progress (and downfall) of the people and the creation and

destruction of the universe are all under the administration and authority of

the Grahas. "

But i have a doubt if it is grahas or GOD?My answer from with in is God

only but through Grahas....as my Divine Guru Paramahans yogananda says

that " every body is crazy in this world with this,that or something , i

am also crazy about GOD " ...

Now I know why I am drawn towards Astrology. In my chart the dispositor of 9th

lord that is sani in conjunct with Ketu  in third house and aspecting 9th house

wherein lagnalord Moon is posited.

Ketu, 9th lord, Lagna Lord. I dont know whether I am looking at it correctly.

 

Jupiter is the final dispositor in his chart and which aspects Sun the 9th lord

posited in 3rd house and Ketu in 5th house. Sun 9th lord aspects his own house.

 

From the Moon, Ketu's dispositor Mars is with Saturn, who rules the Lagna.

Saturn aspects the 9th house.
