Dear Wendyji and group , A few days back we were discussing the marriage aspect for the natives. Would like to continue with that. Is my analysis correct for the following i.e.the 2nd and the 3rd case Case 2 : Female 24 yrs DOB : Jan 27th 1986 TOB : 22.32 POB : Kannur †" 75 E 22 , 11 N 51 Details of the native †" On the plumpish side. Parents searching for a groom for 2 years now. Education †" Engineer. Has a younger brother, elder brother died before she was born Analysis: Lagna is Virgo 13 deg 52 mins in hasta, Moon the lord of 11th and owner of hasta in 12th house. Lord of 7th Jupiter in 6th house †" house of enemies at nearly 0 degrees in Aquarius and thus power less. Also Jupiter is in Dhanishta. In Navamsa also Jupiter is in 6th house. Yogakaraka Venus and lagnesh mercury in the 5th house of romance with both of them combust with Sun in the house of enemy Saturn. Though Jupiter is the karaka for marriage for a girl †" I think having a strong venus is also important. Mars the natural and functional malefic is aspecting Jupiter from the 3rd house where it sits with Saturn the planet of delay. Case 3 : Female 31st October 1978 , 7:15 am Bokaro 85 E 58 , 23 N 47 Details of the native: Education in IT , BS , has an elder brother. Is thin in strature and very sensitive. Marriage has been delayed substantially from the Indian girl’s perspective. Analysis Lord of 7th retrograde in 12th with Sun and in papa kartari yoga. Moon is combust in natal chart and debilitated in navamsa making the native sensitive.Jupiter the karaka for marriage is exalted in 9th, Rahu is in 7th house in navamsa. In a woman's chart marriage is considered as a status. Saturn also adversely affects the prospect of marriage by throwing its aspect on Venus the kalatharakaraka, who also is combust. Saturn does not leave the luminaries too. The nature of Saturn is to make things slow. Mars the 8th lord aspects the Jupiter the 7th lord, located in 6th house, surely not a suitable place to be in for a natural benefic. Notice Mars also powerfully influences the 10th house of status. Jupiter the 7th lord and the lord of delays and obstacles personified in this chart, the Mars, exchanged their constellations. Jupiter aspects the Moon, who is the ruler of 7th house from Venus and Jupiter is in the sign of Saturn and in the constellation of Mars. Jupiter aspects Ketu, who is the sub period lord. Ketu is to behave like Mars during its period. Having said that I'd like to draw members attention to the fact that ill-placed Saturn (conjunct 8th lord Mars in 3rd) is dispositor of 7th lord Jupiter, lagnakaraka Sun and lagnesh Mercury.  Again, I ask members to ponder the significance of this... PS: As all can see (I'm sure) I'm still struggling with communications. Also I never thought about the change in status that marriage brings in, as rightly pointed. A few things to add apart from the 7th house are 1.4th house of happiness has a papakartari , ketu is in the 2nd house of family with a nakshatra parivartan with rahu placed in 8th house. For an overall happiness from marriage 4th house and 2nd house strength is also required. 2. Moon is in krishna dwitiya ( 2nd day after new moon) -can this be another afflicting aspect for moon apart from aspect of saturn, though jupiter also aspects?
