Saturn is retro and powerful being the 8th lord of Chronic diseases sitting in the 2h of right eye. 2. Aspected by 12L of surgery Venus who sits in the 8H of chronic diseases and aspects the right eye and is also the 5L of poorva punya showing that this is happening specifically due to previous lifes issues. 3. Blessings of Poorva Punya is blocked by Badhakesh Jupiter sitting in the 5H of PoorvaPunya along with A8 and as Jupiter implements & creates UchaNeecha in the 10th from it, which would be the 2H of right eye (10th from Jupiter) 4. Rahus aspect does not help and to get solution it is tough All in all it is a tough situation and propitiation/yagyas of Saturn, Jupiter, Moon, Venus and so on is required.
