Guest guest
15.Dharma Shastha or Ayyappan is the Son of Hari & Hara. In Kerala we start taking Vratha in the Month of Vrischika and continues through the month of Dhanu and see the Makara Jyothi when Sun enters Makara (Makara Sankranthi). 18 steps. Why did Makara catch the Elephant? What is Elephant representing. Did Elephant reach its maxium limit in some plane? Why is Makara opposite the rashi of mana. Why is Guru exalted in Mana and debilitated in makara? Why did Makara catch Aadi Shankara? Why is Makara the material as well as the abode of Vishnu. Swarga Vathil Ekadashi Thithi? Why is Makara the Vyali, Keerthi hanging as a thorana in front of temples. Does every sign has different shades representing the degree of evolution? These are just loud thinking. Please storm your soul and share. Thank you for your leads and queries. These are only my personal notes and learned souls may correct me. Thank you for your time. OM NAMA SHIVAYA - Happy MahaSivarathri in advance to all. Regards Pradeep
