Dear Azeem,

Went thru your note...to Mr Raichur...

Allow me to opine that :

Astrology & K.P. itself is based upon Karma and the Kaarmic Theory...

"Free will" has very little space,to function...moreover,it has been the common experience of humankind that " Que Sera,Sera" "What will be will be", the exercise of "free will" notwitstanding...!

There is very little space for "free will" to operate, and that too only in minor maters...man has experienced that comparatively, only the most trivial and minor matters/decisions,actually only about 2 to 3 % of matters affecting Human Lives is controllable by "Free will"...

Every aspect of our lives is Governed by the Law of Karma...and however much one may wish to, one just cannot alter/modify one Destiny/Fate...!

With best wishes,

L.Y.Rao.

GOOD LUCK !

Respected Raichur Anant,I am submitting a mathod hope you will like it.One looks at the star in which the dasa lord is placed. The planet ruling this star would indicate the areas affected during, the dasa.Consideration of the strength of the star-lord is also important. If the major lord is strong, then the element of free-will is stronger,If the star-lord harboring the major period lord is very strong then there could be a touch of fate in the effects experienced. Finally, one considers the lord of the asterismal subdivision in which the dasa lord is locate. This planet by its disposition towards the star-lord would determine wheather the effort will result in success or failure. Its strength determines then degree of effect of the event ont the individual and his/her life.To reterate, the major lord is the surce of an effect, its star-lord indicates the nature of the effect and its sub lord

indicates success or failure. The same logic is applied when the effect of a sub period Anter Dasa in a dasa is cosidered. The only difference is that he sub period is limited bye the major period. If the major period denies marriage, while the minor period pormises so, the likelihood of marriage is bleak or short lasting during such a period. This scheme generally attributed to krishanmurty is one of the many considerations that may be studied in order to delineate dasa period effectes in a natal chart. thanks (Azeem)
