Don't be elated, if the S/L of 7th indicates marriage.You have to re-check the 7th S/L Planet in terms of the strength of the relevant Sub Lord viz. Venus in the case cited by you with reference to its (Venus') S/L, which should have indicated the detrimental status for the marriage viz. 6th, 12th etc. as narrated by you. Similarly examine the 12th CSL in terms of its S/L. This should also be favourable for foreign affairs i.e. it should simultaneously indicate 3, 9, 12 houses. Planets indicating these houses or planets in the stars of the indicator of 3,9,12 or planets in the sub of those planets only will give favourable results to the 12th house.
