Lagna sub lord is Rahu who is in the 11th is fine; Rahu is in the Star of Ketu in the Vth.

Rahu represent Jupiter too. Hence, loss of power is sure.

 

When is the question?

Running dasha is Mercury and Venus bhukti. Venus is significator of 5, 10, 8 and 11, 5 thro’ stellar and sub. Rahu antara will start from 28th September 1992, Rahu is in the 11th in the star of Ketu in the 5th.From 11th November 1992 Saturn Sookshma will start to horary chart and Saturn is lord of Lagna and 2nd in Lagna in the star of the Moon lord of 7th in the 7th. Hence, Mr.S.Bangarappa will resign on 11th November 1992 around 19-00 hrs. Mercury retrograde on 11th November 1992 and Mars transit over Cancer on 11th November 1992 and Moon transit in Rohini on 11th November 1992 is very only very bad day for him on which he may resign for the CM post of Karnataka.
