Dear Neena ji,

Here are your 37th year Varsh Phal upaya :

[ 1 ] Offer at a Hanuman temple a copper lota filled with sugar + a red

flower + lal chandan. Paste the lota also red with the lal chandan

before offering it at the temple.

[ 2 ] Pour a few drops of milk in a pond for 4 days regularly.

[ 3 ] Keep at home a small solid silver toy elephant dipped either in

rain water or ganga jal. Use a brass container for it.

[ 4 ] Offer at any temple a handful of rice for 9 days regularly.

[ 5 ] Take two shining steel chhalla { simple rings } , which should

be open at the ends. Immerse one of them into a river while wear the

other in the little finger of the right hand the same day.

This year's planetary placement can cause danger to the child in case

you get into your family way. Therefore if you get into family way

start reciting the Garbh raksha stotra given in the files.

I have already suggested upaya to modify the planets such that they do

not harm the child in the womb.

Sincerely,

Priya

Respected Priyaji,

Thank you very much. As always, I need some more clarity on some

uppayas:

1. There is no pond that I know of in which I can walk up to and pour

things-every small water body I have seen has a surrounding fence

making the approach to the pond impossible. Please tell me if I can

do this in swimming pool? If not, I know of a lake which is far away

but then I cannot do uppaya continuously over 4 days. It will have to

be over 2 weekends when I can go Saturdays and Sundays. The swimming

pool, I can do every day.

2. Can I do the uppaya in different order since I'm waiting for my

parents to send me items from India and I wouldnt want to delay the

rest because of that?

3. How long will I need to wear the steel challa? Can I immerse the

other challa in a lake since I dont have access to immersing anything

in a river?

4. One separate uppaya you had adviced that I keep honey in an iron

dibbi in a place where we keep cash-this being America, we don't

usually keep cash at home, so where else would you suggest I keep the

iron dibbi?

Thank you very much.

Yours-in gratitude,

Neena

Dear Neena ji,

[ 1 ] A lake would be good enough.

[ 2 ] You can do the upaya in any order convenient to you.

[ 3 ] You can immerse the chhalla in the lake but not on the same day

when you do the other upaya of immersing. The chhalla upaya has to be

done on a different day. You have to keep wearing the chhalla for

this varshphal year.

[ 4 ] In that case keep it where you keep your jewelry.

Sincerely,

Priya

Respected Priyaji,

The last few months have been extremely stressful for me at work and

while I am passionate about my job, just recently my boss hired

another girl who is extremely competitive with me and has created too

much turmoil and anxiety in my life. I don't know what I should do-

since I feel like looking for another job as I feel I have worked so

hard for this company and now someone new is taking over whatever I

created. Please tell me if any of the uppaya below address my work

situation, and if not what can I do so that I continue getting the

respect at work that I used to get? Or should I look elsewhere?

Priyaji I'm so tired of this-my job was the one thing that kept me

busy and occupied since I dont have children and now this has

happened. Please advise what is best for me.

My kindest and sincerest regards,

Neena

Dear Neena,

I am suggesting this siddha mantra from Durga Sapt shati to protect

you from any untoward development. Recite this mantra for 108 times a

day. It should take care of your apprehensions.

rakshaa paane ke liye

[ to get protection ]

shuulena paahi no devi paahi khaDgena chaambike |

ghaNTaasvanena naH paahi chaapajyaaniHsvanena cha ||

Go to the group files and read this mantra in Hindi script from the

Durga Sapt Shati siddha mantra file. This will help you pronounce it

correctly.

Keep a little water in any bowl with a tulsi leaf in it before

reciting this mantra. When you have finished reciting the mantra you

should breathe over [ fook marana ] the bowl and drink that water and

eat the tulsi leaf. In case you do not find Tulsi leaf, then you can

do without it, just keep the bowl of water though.

sincerely,

Priya

Respected Priyaji,

I need your help/thoughts again. Since I'd been adviced several

Varsha Phal uppaya by you, I started doing them one at a time but

there was overlap, so while I gave a few days break before starting

each one, at this time, I'm doing 3 uppayas concurrently.

For example, today I did the following:

1. Gift oil to temple: Week 8 (sade satti uppaya)

2. Offered rice: Day 8(varsha phal uppaya)

3. Pour milk in river: Day 3 (varsha phal uppaya)

I was under the impression, based on the Rules of Uppaya, that one

can do several uppays concurrently. However your document also states

that one has to finish, before the next one is started.

Please let me know if the above is okay, or if I should re-do. Of

course, the most important thing is that I'm doing these uppays with

complete devotion.

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,

Neena

Dear Neena,

More than one upaya can run concurrently so long as they were

started on different days. Normally short upaya of a day or two

should be done first and finish with them before starting the long

term upaya.

You have done the upaya well. Nothing to worry about.

Sincerely,

Priya

Respected Priyaji,

Thank you so much for the uppayas you suggested for my mother. You

are God-sent. I have a few questions-please advice:

Since she has asthma and breathing problems, she unfortuntaly won't

be able to wear a challa in her nose. Could you please recommend a

work-around for her?

Just today, my steel challa that you had recommended I wear for my

varsha phal, slipped off somewhere and got misplaced. Please let me

know if I should repeat the uppaya? Is this a sign of some sort? I am

just re-starting my treatment for infertility so I hope the higher

powers are not unhappy with me.

You had adviced that I offer rice at a temple for 9 days. In the

enthusiam of doing my uppayas, I ended up doing it for 12-13 days.

Please let me know if this is okay.

My sincerest gratitude.

Dear Neena,

[ 1 ] It has to be a very thin silver wire which she is supposed to

wear. However if she can not wear it all through, she should at

least wear it for 5 days. The take it off for a month. May be she

could wear it again for 5 days. If she continues like that for a few

months, it will serve the purpose.

[ 2 ] If the steel chhalla is lost, no problem . Wear another one

without having to immerse a chhalla in the river. You need not

immerse another chhalla in the river this time.

[ 3 ] No harm done if you overshot the number of days.

Sincerely,

Priya
