[ b ] Saturn is your bhagyesh, need special attention. Reciting its strotra will be beneficial. [ c ] upaya for jupiter is ok [ d ] Upaya for venus is ok Since the placement of planets changes every year,whether a planet is placed badly or not will be decided on the Varsh Phal kundali. The Janma Kundali is a reference point. The placement in the varsh phal is crucial. Therefore whether a planets needs an upaya to be done or not can be said only for the varsh phal kundali. Normally it is believed that a weak malefic is better because it is not able to do more damage. Similarly a benefic should be strong so that it gives full results. But then it depends on which house it owns. For example a Saturn could be placed in a house where it is considered as malefic, but in your case it is a bhagyesh therefore it can not be left as such. Some upaya will have to be done so that it changes its nature. But this again has to be decided on the basis of the varsh phal kundali. [ 2 ] There is no separate Ishta Devi as such. [ 3 ] Yes you can stop the honey upaya if you like. [ 4 ] Yes you can appease your maternal cousins instead. [ 5 ] Appeasing Kanyas is the best upaya for mercury, along with appeasing your sister, Bua and Mausi. [ 6 ] Your faith and devotion is what matters in any worship. Rituals are secondary.
