Ask your sister to take any old silver ornament of her mother. Boil that ornament in water for at least 12 hours. Use that water to wash the areas affected by phulwahari. She must keep a lot of water for boiling so that after 12 hours boiling there is enough water left to be used for the upaya. Whenever she needs more water she can again boil the same ornament and use it.
