Ask him to close his eyes and then wash the eye lids with milk. [ 2 ] Offer at any temple a little chana dal for 7 days regularly. Make the child carry a few grains of the dal and he keeps the grains of dal infront of any deity in the temple. [ 3 ] Whenever there is a solar eclipse, make him do the upaya for Sun + rahu. The upaya is given in the files. I hope these upaya will not let the vision decrease. The upaya might help him regain his vision.
