[ 1 ] Throw into a well or a pond a handful of chana dal for 4 days regularly. [ 2 ] Bury in a placee where grass grows 7 pieces of kala namak, once. Do not bring back home the digging tool. [ 3 ] Immerse in a river 900gm Jau [ barley ]on any Thursday after sun set and before it gets dark, once. [ 4 ] Collect some rain water in a brass container and keep this container, with 4 small square pieces of silver immersed in the water, in the North East corner of your house. Keep the lid on so that the water doesn't evaporate fast. Collect enough rain water to last you for a year. In case rain water is not available, Ganga jal can be used.
