Respected Sir,

 

I am doing steel fabrication jobwork as sub contractor to L & T , government firms etc.

It involves tendering & lots of Project management with deadlines. Inspite of succeding in meeting deadlines I don't accumulate money in this work.

 

The profits dry up in one way or another. Should I stop tender work ? It does not make businesss sense as it is Lucrative after so many years in this business. Even my father used to do this business , I am just carrying it forward.
