[ 1 ] You can buy a house facing North or East. Do not buy a house

facing south under any circumstances.

 

[ 2 ] About the Sita Ashok tree root :

 

Get a piece of Ashok tree root and keep it at the pooja sthan.

There are two varieties of Ashok tree. One with drooping branches

and doesn't grow into a big tree, and the other which grows into a

huge shady tree with wide spreading branches. You should get the

root of the one that grows into a huge shady tree.

 

About the hanuman sindoor upaya :

 

Either on a Tuesday or a Saturday ,go to the Hanuman temple. Bring

home a little sindoor in a silver or brass or copper dibbi from the

right arm of Hanuman idol. Apply a tilak of that sindoor on all the

four sides of your main door [ on the out side ] of the house. If

there is no chaukhat at the floor level, in that case apply the

tilak on the three sides only.
