[ 1 ] He has to go to the temple for 5 days regularly to offer the

badam. He has to keep at home half of the badam he brings back home

every day. These badam are not to be gifted.

 

[ 2 ] Yes you can use those kaudis.

 

[ 3 ] I wouldn't know about the opportune time to put the house on

sale.
